Booking, Cancellation & No-show Policy

Appointment: An appointment usually consists of 'an Assessment and Hands-on Treatment' within the allocated time slot.

Initial Appointment: For an initial appointment, please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time to fill out a registration form.

Standard/Follow-up Appointment: For a standard/follow-up appointment, please arrive 5 mins before your appointment time.

Cancellation: We require a 24 hours' notice to the clinic for the cancellation of your appointment. Late cancellation may incur a fee.

Late Arrival: We may not be able to extend the appointment time and the session may be finished as per the scheduled time in order to accommodate other clients.

No-show: failure to attend an appointment without providing a 24 hours' notice will incur a full fee.
